  • Are we open on public holidays?
    We are closed Sunday and all public holidays
    Every Saturday we are at the Farmers Market
  • Are you licensed?
    As we have changed our concept; we no longer offer liquor for sale
  • Do any of your recipes contain MSG?
    In all of our recipes we use only natural seasonings i.e. sea salt, herbs and spices. Our products do NOT contain any MSG, additives or preservatives
  • Do you make gluten free products?
    Yes we make and provide gluten free products and are listed or labled with each item.
  • Can I freeze the packaged meals?
    All meals are prepared fresh and ready to use, as a fresh product these meals can be frozen. For optimum quality of product, freeze on day of purchase.
    Freezing foods under normal conditions must be used within three (3) months from date of purchased
  • How long do the prepared meals take to heat?
    With each product sold; we will provide the heating times, but as a general guidence each product requires a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes

    We are able to send you emails of our weekly menus and this requires you to join our mailing list
